Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups Athlete Fuel Muesli
- 2 1/4 baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar (2/3 if you prefer it sweet)
- 1 egg
- 1 - 1 1/4 cups ripe bananas (mashed)
Optional:
- chocolate chips
- lemon zest
Instructions
- Blend the butter and sugar together until creamy. (Add lemon zest if desired.)

Beat in the eggs and banana.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Place batter in a greased bread pan (8.5x4.5). (Add chocolate chips to the top if so desired.)

Bake in a preheated 370F oven for 1 hour or until done (a toothpick should come out clean). Cool before slicing.
