Apple Butter Muesli Bars

A hearty and healthy muesli bar recipe. This makes a great snack when you're in a hurry or on the go.

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup GUUD Gut Fuel muesli
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 cup apple butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Grease a 13x9 “ pan

  3. In a large bowl mix the flour, Gut Fuel muesli, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut the butter with a pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles course crumbs.

  4. Press about half (2 cups) of the mixture into the pan.

  5. In a small bowl mix the raisins and apple butter.

  6. Spread this over the crumb layer.

  7. Sprinkle the rest of the crumb mixture over top.

  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until brown.

While we suggested Gut Fuel muesli, any one of our GUUD muesli recipes would work - test different flavors out!
