  • 1 cup Coconut Cashew Muesli
  • 1⁄2 cup almond butter
  • 1⁄2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)


  1. Add everything in a bowl and stir until combined.

  2. Scoop onto a lined cookie sheet, roll into balls, roll into coconut, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  3. Store in refrigerator.
