Ingredients
- 2 cups GUUD Gut Fuel muesli
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/4 tsp stevia
- 1/4 cup oil

3/4 cup almond milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F

In a medium bowl, mix Gut Fuel muesli, flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and stevia with a fork until well blended.

In a large bowl, mix together milk, oil, applesauce.

Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until just blended.

Spoon into greased or lined muffin tins. Bake 15-20 minutes or until set.

Serve with a nice cup of tea. Makes 12 muffins.
While we suggested Gut Fuel muesli, any one of our GUUD muesli recipes would work - test different flavors out!
